How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status in real-time.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your glow. If you are not satisfied, we offer free returns on all domestic orders within 30 days of purchase, provided the products are gently used.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring our California-inspired beauty to more countries soon!

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes! caliray is 100% cruelty-free. The majority of our products are also vegan, and we clearly label those that are on each product page.

How do I recycle my empty caliray packaging?
